Rahath does not prepare food. All food items are prepared and supplied by partner restaurants.

5. Payments

Payments for orders may be made through available payment methods in the app, including online payments or cash on delivery where applicable.

By placing an order, you agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout, including:

Rahath uses third-party payment providers to process transactions.

6. Delivery

Delivery services may be performed by Rahath delivery partners or restaurant staff.

Delivery time shown in the app is an estimated time and may vary due to:

Rahath is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond reasonable control.

7. Restaurant Responsibility

Restaurants listed on Rahath are independent businesses.

Restaurants are responsible for:

• Food quality and safety

• Accurate menu descriptions

• Compliance with food safety regulations

Rahath does not guarantee the quality or safety of food provided by restaurants.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders may be eligible for cancellation or refund depending on the circumstances and the restaurant’s policy.

Refunds may be provided in cases such as:

• Order not delivered

• Incorrect order received

• Order cancelled by restaurant

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method used.

9. User Conduct

Users agree not to:
